Product List

Updated 8.23.11

I’m always getting asked what products I use on my hair and as a Product Junkie the list is constantly changing.  So I decided to create this page to share with you which products I currently have in FROtation.

I use all mostly natural products.  I stay away from products with silicones (which require harsher cleansers to remove so I choose not use them in order to avoid the drying).  I always read the ingredient list before purchasing a product: water and or aloe is usually at the top of the list and there are no ingredients that end with ‘cone or ‘xane (these are silicones).

Please keep in mind that I don’t use ALL of these products every single time I do my hair and that the less products I can get away with using at once, the better.

Cleanser: Jessicurl Curl Cleansing Cream

Detangling Conditioners: Jessicurl Too Shea

Deep Conditioner: Curl Junkie Repair Me! or Jessicurl Weekly Deep Treatment

Leave In Conditioner: Curl Junkie Smoothing Lotion

Moisturizer: Karen’s Body Beautiful Sweet Ambrosia, Komaza Care Coconut Curl Hair Lotion

Styler: Komaza Coconut Curl Pudding,

3-in-1 Products: I’ve been really into the following products because they allow me to combine my post cleansing wash’n'go routine into one product! Less stress, less mess, soooo easy!

  • Jane Carter Solution Curl Defining Cream
  • Design Essentials Naturals Curl Stretching Cream
  • Deva Curl Heaven in Hair
  • Blended Beauty Styling Lotion

Miracle in a Bottle: Water!

  1. Hello,
I am very impressed about your beautiful hair!
Just found your blog by coincidence, searching info on the net about natural products.
I’ve been relaxing my hair for almost 15 years, and I would like to sotp now, weel I actually stoped already, and now I decided to invest in goods products for my hair.
I saw this list from you about products that you are using, so I am wondering if this is what you are still using nowadays.
I was almost going to purcharse a entire set of shampoo, conditioner and cream from jane carter, but I realized that the shampoo has SLS, which is what I want to avoid.
So, my question is, could you recomend me a shampoo which perhaps you are currently using, or have used, and do not contain SLS?
Thanks a lot for your advice!
    Cheers,

    Ghislaine
